🐰 TERMS OF SERVICE
― When ordering something from me, you're agreeing to all of my terms below
― Customs and commissions will be done within 1 month, however, due to my health limitations and current queue, it can take longer; if you order a commission or a custom, you must be aware of this
― Payment must be ALWAYS upfront, there might be exceptions under certain circumstances, but for the most part: payment is ALWAYS first
― WIPs and sketches will be given in low resolution and watermarked until payment is done, in case payment hasn't be done yet
― If I finish the sketch and you decide not to pay me, I reserve all the rights to it; if it's a custom, I have the right to sell it, keep it or trade it
― Changes won't be made after the piece is finished unless there's a mistake from my part; I'll be sending sketches through the process to ensure that, what I'm creating, is what you had in mind/wanted
― Refunds are NOT allowed under any circumstances; the only way I'd refund your money is if I haven't started the commission yet
― Do NOT ask for discounts or "special prices", all my prices are final and there's no way I'll be offering my services for "cheaper", even less if you asked me or force me into it
― I reserve ALL the rights to turn down or not accepting an order if I think I won't be able to commit to it, makes me uncomfortable, etc.
